Had my newly purchased Mazda from 2021 in for its 4-year service and the price was quite good and matched against cheaper authorized Mazda workshops elsewhere. The car's engine felt quieter and more lively after service at CityMotor and used less gas. Went quickly and smoothly, dropped off the car at 7 am and waited about 1.5 hours on site at their premises until the car was ready. I was the only customer there so early in the morning, hence quick work for a 4-year service that included a brake fluid change, cabin filter change, and oil change. Of course, smaller workshops are cheaper, but I want to maintain Mazda's 10-year warranty that you only get at Mazda approved workshops. The old man sitting at the reception desk may not have heard me when I came in and said "Hi, good morning" and his answer was not Hi or good morning but "Service? Reg number?" Oh well. Maybe he was tired in the morning... The salespeople there are always nice, though. Especially Vincent who gave me very good service and information about the car before I chose Mazda. His knowledge and information and tips made my choice fall on a used Mazda CX-30 when we were actually thinking of buying a new Mazda CX-5. However, they didn't have the color I wanted with that equipment in the used warehouse so I found one at another company but I will from now on do my service here on my Mazda.

I had lost both of my car keys and was met by a nonchalant workshop manager who had forgotten to order a key first. Then I got a text message that my key had arrived so I went to yours but they weren't mine but had been misplaced he said. No apology or anything. Days go by and I call and ask and then suddenly my key is there without a response. I go to yours and pick it up and then to copy it as they apparently need 2 keys and charge 3700kr each. I call back and he is of course a bit mad I can't even buy key no. 2 from him. I think they will program it straight away but it will be the following week so of course there was the next available time only then. And a fuse had blown he said they charged 496kr to replace🤣 Long and boring process :/ almost felt like he was messing with one. Never again
