How does the platform work?

You place your order, pay, and send your business details (website, social media or basic info). We handle the setup, content and publishing within 24–48 hours.

2) Vendor Eligibility & Compliance

Who can use Xpress Deals?

Xpress Deals is available only for registered businesses and organizations. Private individuals are not supported.

What laws must businesses follow?

Businesses must comply with EU law and applicable national regulations, including consumer protection, VAT rules and GDPR. Businesses are responsible for accurate information, pricing, taxes and lawful fulfillment.

3) Accounts & Setup

Do I need to create the listing myself?

No. Xpress Deals creates and publishes your business profile for you. You only send the information needed.

Do I need a website?

No. You can send your website, social media page, photos, logo, contact details or basic business information. We create the listing for you.

Can I update my listing later?

Yes. Contact us and we can update your business profile or promotional offers.

4) Deals, Offers & Visibility

What is included in the Annual Business Listing?

An Annual Business Listing includes a professional business page, category placement, map visibility, contact details, links, photos and up to 3 promotional offers.

How long is my business listing visible?

Your Annual Business Listing is visible for 365 days from publication.

Can I add more promotional offers later?

Yes. You can purchase additional promotional offers at any time, including 10 or 20 extra offers depending on your visibility needs.

Who creates the promotional offers?

We do. Xpress Deals creates and publishes your promotional offers for you. You only send the details, images or basic information.

5) Orders & Fulfillment

Who handles customer orders?

The business listed on Xpress Deals handles customer orders, delivery, bookings, fulfillment and customer communication, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

How do returns work?

Returns depend on the seller’s return policy and applicable EU consumer protection rules, where relevant. Businesses must clearly follow applicable legal requirements.

6) Payments

How are payments handled?

Payments may be processed in EUR via trusted EU-based payment service providers. Xpress Deals does not store full card details.

Do you charge commission per sale?

No. Xpress Deals does not charge commission per sale. You pay for the selected service.

Is this a subscription?

No. Our business listing and add-on services are one-time payments, unless clearly stated otherwise. There are no recurring fees.

7) Support

What support is included?

We handle setup, content preparation, image optimization, formatting and publishing. The service is designed so you do not need technical skills or internal resources.

When will my listing go live?

Your listing is normally published within 24–48 hours after we receive the required business details and materials.

What if I need a custom solution?

Contact us. We can create a custom solution for your business, including more offers, higher visibility or full support.

8) Disputes

Who do I contact if there’s a problem?

If the issue concerns a business listed on the platform, please contact that business first. If the issue remains unresolved, email contact@xpressdeals.eu.
