Platform rules for a fair, transparent, and trusted marketplace

Xpress Deals is a business-focused (B2B-first) online marketplace designed to help legitimate businesses promote products, services, events, rentals, and special offers across Europe through a transparent and compliant platform.

These Guidelines & Policies establish the standards for listings, vendor conduct, and content moderation. They complement the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

1. Scope and Eligibility

Xpress Deals is primarily intended for registered businesses and legal entities.

Eligible users

  • Companies and organizations operating within the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
  • Vendors holding a valid legal entity and, where applicable, an active VAT registration.
  • Businesses offering products or services that comply with applicable legislation.

Not supported

  • Private individuals.
  • Informal or unregistered sellers.
  • Businesses operating outside applicable legal frameworks.

2. Accepted Types of Offers

The platform accepts legitimate commercial offers, including:

  • Discounts and promotional campaigns.
  • Time-limited offers.
  • Products and physical goods.
  • Professional services.
  • Rentals.
  • Events and experiences.
  • B2B commercial offers.

All listings must be:

  • Accurate, truthful, and verifiable.
  • Clearly priced without misleading conditions.
  • Available as described.
  • Compliant with applicable EU and national legislation.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content or activities are prohibited:

  • Counterfeit, pirated, or intellectual property infringing products.
  • Illegal, dangerous, or regulated products offered without required authorization.
  • Weapons, controlled substances, or prohibited goods.
  • Offers prohibited by applicable law.
  • Obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content.
  • Misleading advertising or deceptive commercial practices.
  • Fake discounts or artificial price inflation.
  • Spam, duplicate listings, or automated mass submissions.
  • Manipulation of rankings, reviews, traffic, or platform functionality.

Xpress Deals reserves the right to determine whether a listing or activity violates these Guidelines.

4. Listing Quality Standards

To maintain a high-quality marketplace, vendors must ensure that every listing:

  • Contains accurate and complete information.
  • Uses clear descriptions.
  • Includes transparent pricing.
  • States availability where applicable.
  • Uses only content, images, and trademarks for which they hold the necessary rights.
  • Is kept up to date.

Listings that fail to meet these standards may be edited, restricted, suspended, or removed.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Each vendor is solely responsible for:

  • The legality of its offers.
  • The accuracy of listing information.
  • Compliance with consumer protection, tax, advertising, and data protection laws.
  • Obtaining all necessary licenses or authorizations.
  • Respecting intellectual property rights.
  • Delivering products or services as advertised.

Xpress Deals provides a marketplace and promotional platform only and is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain platform quality and user trust:

  • Listings may be reviewed automatically or manually.
  • Xpress Deals may request clarification or supporting documentation.
  • Listings or accounts may be restricted, suspended, or removed where necessary.
  • Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Where appropriate, vendors may be notified of moderation actions by email.

7. Fair Use Policy

Users must use the platform fairly and in good faith.

The following practices are prohibited:

  • Reposting identical or substantially similar listings.
  • Artificially increasing visibility or engagement.
  • Keyword stuffing.
  • Misusing categories or tags.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
  • Any activity intended to manipulate the marketplace or create an unfair commercial advantage.

8. Relationship to Legal Documents

These Guidelines & Policies are intended to explain how the platform operates.

They complement—but do not replace—the legally binding Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

9. Updates

Xpress Deals may revise these Guidelines & Policies from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in applicable laws.
  • Platform improvements.
  • New services or features.
  • Security or operational requirements.
