Exfoliate before use. Apply an oil-free moisturiser to hands, elbows, knees and feet, since the skin is drier in these areas and can absorb more of the product. Then apply the lotion evenly to clean and well dried skin. Wash hands thoroughly after use. The colour will develop in a few hours. For a more intense effect, repeat application every day until you reach your desired tone. Apply 1–2 times a week to maintain a tan.
